A Sunday at the Cinema
We are very happy to share that the first Sinhala film screened by Umbria Api Sri Lankan Unity, at the Concordia cinema in Todi – Marsciano, was a great success. After a busy working week, friends spent their Sunday with us watching ‘Wife’, coming from Viterbo, Terni, Orvieto, Todi, Città della Pieve, Perugia and Rome. Thank you to every one of you.
We truly value the support of all Umbria Api members who made this possible. Our respectful and heartfelt thanks also go to the Sri Lankan and Italian entrepreneurs with businesses and services around Perugia, Todi, Viterbo and Rome, who placed their trust in us by buying tickets and offering financial sponsorship.
Friends and families came from across Umbria, Lazio and Rome to share a Sinhala film together, many of them for the first time in an Italian cinema.

All funds raised through the projects of Umbria Api Sri Lankan Unity are spent on education, sports and other basic needs for children studying in the most under-resourced schools in Sri Lanka.

එමෙන්ම වෙහෙසකාරි දෛනික රැකියා කටයුතු වල යෙදි සති අන්ත විවේකි ඉරිදා දිනය ‘වයිෆ්’ සිනමාපටය නැරබීමට Viterbo, Terni, Orvieto,Todi, Città della Pieve ,Perugia හා Rome යන නගර ආශ්‍රිත ප්‍රදේශයන්ගෙන් පැමිණි ආදරණිය සහෘදයන් සැමටද අප ස්තූතිවන්ත වෙමු.
Umbria අපි ශ්‍රි ලාංකික එකමුතුවෙ මෙ සියළු ව්‍යපෘතියන් තුලින් උපයා ගන්නා සියළු අරමුදල් ශ්‍රි ලංකාවෙ අති දුෂ්කර පාසැල්වල ඉගෙනුම ලබන දුවාදරුවන්ගෙ අධ්‍යාපන,ක්‍රිඩා හා අනෙකුත් මූලික අවශ්‍යතාවයන් ලබා දීම සදහා වැය කරන බැවින් ඔබ සියළු දෙනා ද ඒ අනගි කාර්‍යයෙහි සාඩම්බර කොටස්කරුවන් වන බවද වැඩි දුරටත් සිහිපත් කිරීමට කැමැත්තෙමු.
