Our First Anniversary
To celebrate one year of Umbria Api Sri Lankan Unity, we chose a gift that saves lives. On 20 September 2026, members of our community donated blood at the Azienda Ospedaliera di Perugia, as part of a blood donation programme organised for our anniversary.
The day was made possible by Avis Perugia, which set aside a limited number of donation appointments for our members. We are glad to share this news with all of you, and we warmly thank Avis Perugia and every member who took part.
In Umbria there is always a need for blood, and every donation can help save a life. We are proud that our community could give back to the region that has become our home.
